Heuchera Cherry Cola is a perennial ornamental foliage plant with a compact shrub 20–30 cm in height and 30–40 cm in width. The bush is even, dense, and maintains its shape well throughout the season.
The leaves are rounded, thick, with a pronounced texture and slight gloss. The color changes from deep cherry to copper-red with brown undertones, retaining decorative appeal from early spring to late autumn.
Flowering begins in June and lasts until July. The flowers are small, bell-shaped, coral-red, and arranged in delicate inflorescences on thin flower stalks. After flowering, it is recommended to remove the flower stalks to maintain a neat appearance of the bush.
The variety grows well in sunny locations and partial shade. It prefers well-drained, moderately moist soil enriched with organic matter. Regular watering during dry periods and mulching help maintain optimal moisture and plant health. Winter hardiness is high: it withstands temperatures down to −28…−35 °C. The leaves remain over winter, and pruning is carried out in spring.
