Perennial herbaceous plant. In indoor conditions, it can be grown as an ornamental and fruit plant. It grows to a height of 1.2-1.8 m. It begins to bear fruit from the age of 3.
Banana should be grown in a well-lit place, but it does not like direct sunlight. The optimum temperature is 25-28 degrees. When the temperature is below 16 degrees, the plant slows down its growth. In summer, the banana can be taken outside, but with a cold snap, it is necessary to bring the pot indoors.
Banana likes neutral or slightly acidic soil. In summer, it needs abundant watering with water at room temperature. It likes spraying. In winter, watering is required less.
The plant does not like drafts, is resistant to diseases, and does not need pruning.
