Cranberry 'Stevens' is a medium-late variety, ripens in mid-September.
The berry is very large (12–14 g), up to 2.2 cm long, bright red, almost black when fully ripe. The flesh is firm, the taste is sweet and sour.
The bush is spreading, up to 40 cm high, up to 2 m in diameter, the leaves are evergreen, shiny, turning brown in autumn. Blooms in June.
The yield is high - 1.5–2 kg/m². The berry is well stored.
The variety is frost-resistant (up to -35°C), resistant to diseases and pests.
Planted in sunny or semi-shaded areas with moist acidic soils (pH 3.2–4.5).
