Hydrangea red-leaved is a truly fascinating type of hydrangeas. It has leaves with a reddish color and begins flowering in June, giving inflorescences in the shape of a hemisphere. The flowers bloom in red.

It grows slowly, taking the form of a neat spherical shrub, which makes it special.

Hydrangea blooms from late June to early September. This is a very moisture-loving plant. It needs to be watered once every three days, and when the air temperature rises above 16 degrees, then you need to add water sprinkling to the watering.

An important point in growing hydrangea bushes is the selection of soil, it should be with an acidity of 5 - 6 pH. The planting period may vary, depending on the climate of your region, for example: for regions with a cold climate, early spring (early May) is suitable in already warmed soil and no threat of frost at night. This allows the plants to take root and survive the first winter after transplantation. In more southern regions, hydrangea is planted in the fall in September.

Like any plant, hydrangea requires certain favorable conditions and care for healthy growth and flowering:
- frequent watering and sprinkling with water
- weeding and loosening the soil
- feeding
- sanitary and shaping pruning
- covering the plant for the winter with straw, spruce branches or sawdust
